BY ARTHUR PINCKNEY  Elena Gaston, Teacher Cadet Instructor of Camden High School, has been named the 2016 Outstanding Biology Teacher by the National Association of Biology Teachers. This is her third year at Camden High School and second year as a Teacher Cadet Instructor. Congratulations Elena!
