Ken Bower Scholarship

Ken Bower Scholarship

Ken Bower, associate professor in the Department of Elementary and Early Childhood Education at the College of Charleston, died in 2002. During his career, he was avidly committed to public school students and the adults who work with them. When the Teacher Cadet Program began in 1986, Dr. Bower was asked to develop the first, full-scale curriculum.

Silent Auctions held at CERRA's annual professional development conferences fund these scholarships to help cover college expenses.
