​Biography
​
Arthur is a native Charlestonian where he attended the High School of Charleston.  He graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.A. in biology and received a M.Ed from the University of South Carolina. Arthur began his teaching career at W. A. Perry Middle School in Richland School District One where he taught six grade science and ProTeam. From there, he taught biology and environmental science at Airport High School in Lexington School District Two. Afterwards, he became a Teacher-in-Residence at CERRA for three years. This position led him into the position as Public Information Officer for South Carolina Student Loan Corporation. In 2011, Arthur returned to CERRA as a Program Facilitator.
