What brought you to CERRA? I was a Teacher Cadet at Conway High School and always looked back on that class fondly. I was asked to start a Teacher Cadet Program at Carolina Forest High School in 2005. Over the years, I became more invested in CERRA's mission to recruit, retain, and advance the best and brightest people to lead South Carolina's classrooms. I was brought on as a Teacher-in-Residence in 2011 to serve as a liaison between CERRA and South Carolina's Palmetto Priority Schools. During the summer of 2011, I was offered my current position and feel honored to be a part of an all-star staff.
